Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition
• All tags and labels must be attached and intact
• Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
• Obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions
• For Exchanges: We handle the shipping process for your exchange. However, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees to send your item back to us. Shipping fees are 80 EGP per exchange request, which must be paid by the customer.
